I wanted to make some money online via Uploading.com (who pays people around .1~4cents per download)

I mainly upload musics and HD anime…
But it’s hard to get people to download…
I’m posting videos on Youtube with the download links to get people to click on it and download…
But it’s really hard since I don’t get too much views there… (about 1 download per music every 2 days…)

I am going to try this again and please no offers about making money online, answer my question or move on. I have a free web page and on it I try to sell large JPEGs for as low as 50 cents for desktop, prints, whatever. Of course it would take a lot of customers to buy photos in order to make this a full time thing. I heard about advertisers paying to have their ads on your site through google adsense and what not, but I don’t like the idea of sending them to a site with related content where they would possibly buy photos there instead of at my site. Of course it would be good to have money coming in with the ads at least, but not too many people click on links and google’s Pay Per Impression system is very low (like 15-25 cents per 1000 I heard). I was wondering if there were any higher paying pay per impression sites that would allow someone with a free site participate, especially if they make a certain amount of traffic per month? All the high paying ones I found require your own site for some reason. Way I see it is if you make the traffic and get the advertiser’s word out, that should be all that matters. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated! Unless you are going to give me a bull crap answer like the other spammers!
Apparently I wasn’t clear with the fact that I want to have paying advertisement on my website to support my photography…not an online job or something being sold to me.

I work for a company that makes a magazine to help people find jobs. We have thousands of job listings through out the magazine where job seekers can go and look for work.
We just recently launched our website and I want to know anyone out here can recommend some good ways to market a site like ours. I know the obvious ways would be Pay Per Click (which we are already doing)…I just want to know if there are any other good ways of bringing traffic to our site.
Our competition would be something like CareerBuilder or Monster or HotJobs…we are a smaller version of those sites.

I need to find sites or blogs that have a good price levels of advertising for my type of business which is shopping site for Mom’s and Babies. Sites that have a high traffic flow and that can help me to get more customers. I do not want to do pay per click costs to much. Thanks for any anwsers and help!
